The practice of iRest induces relaxation through the body and mind by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, incorporating time-tested and well-researched psycho-physiological approaches that include sensory, cognitive, and emotional therapies.

iRest gently guides you through body and breath awareness and an exploration of emotions, cognitions and joy.
